Terms and Conditions: Wanna be a Knight video qualifier
Agreement regarding participation in the Nine Knights video qualification 2010
Two winners will be awarded a place for the Nine Knights 2010. The winners from the video qualification will also receive food and accommodation for the duration of the event.
1. The Video:
- The competitor grants to Nine Knights that all pictures and graphics featured in the contribution can be used free of charge for the Nine Knights website and partner websites. - The competitor grants to Nine Knights that all the music featured in the contribution is cleared by the contributor to be used along with the images of the contribution free of charge for the Nine Knights website and partner websites.
2. The Contribution:
An approved contribution should contain the following: Step 1: Download the WANNA BE KNIGHT? pre-roll and put it before your video Step 2: Ad some written information in the beginning of your edit about your name, age, origin. Step 3: The movie should contain as many of the 9 pre-defined tricks as possible in the correct order. Furthermore show us your 3 best personal tricks.
3. Rules
-The contribution shall be uploaded to Vimeo. Then e-mail a link to the clip to nineknights@yahoo.com. -A contribution has to be accepted by whom?. Then it will appear under “Favourites” at the official Nine Knights Vimeo channel; HYPERLINK “http://vimeo.com/channels/67540″ \t “_blank” http://vimeo.com/channels/67540 - A jury consisting of last years Knights will chose the two best contributions among all competitors. -All contributions containing inappropriate content will immediately be disqualified. -As a participant you guarantee that all footage in the contribution is actually footage of you skiing. The winners of the video qualification must be able to prove that their footage is authentic. -Nine Knights takes no responsibility for the material or any accidents or incidents that may occur during production of the filmed material. - The winners will be personally notified by e-mail or telephone and will also be announced through a press release. - The winners themselves are responsible for arranging/paying for the trip to the Nine Knights. If a winner declines his spot, it will be offered to the person in third place and so forth…
